”Yeah, kid,” he replied, ”Now leave me alone.”

Last one for tonight:
I saw a man across the way He rode a silver mare A ring of golden strands of hay Was tied up in his hair
I asked where he had come from, And to where he was heading He said it only mattered some, For hay-hair was his bedding

mattlovescomics replied to your post: Books of 2012: January
I started American Gods and enjoyed it, but never finished it because it didn’t have pictures. You’ll probably get a kick out of it, though, especially if you got the 10th anniversary version.
I just draw my own pictures once I am finished with each page, on the finished page. It really hurts the book’s reread-ability, though,...

This time, with the author’s preferred text! Sure, I already owned the original American Gods, but for $1.99 I couldn’t really pass on the tenth anniversary edition.

You guys better like subpar children's poetry.
Because so long as I’m in this class, that’s what you’ll be seeing more of.

Warning: Whining Ahead
It’s been nearly 24 hours, and there still hasn’t been any word from CNU’s IT department about our on-campus internet outage (who knows, maybe it’s just the Munroe complex). I would appreciate at least a “Hey, we don’t know what’s going on, but we’re trying to figure it out.” As is, it just seems like they don’t give two fucks.
So until...

'V for Vendetta' Writer Alan Moore Comes...
In the clip, Moore comes into contact with a masked protestor and asks, “What is it about the mask - is it just useful or what?” The protestor answered, “The whole character is very relevant to what we’re doing. We’re going against a system that we feel is corrupt. We’re doing the same thing as what happened in the movie.”
